For orders under $50, the shipping fee is $6.95.We are doing our best to make the product reach you as soon as possible.The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:• Processing: order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging.All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours. Our manufacturer processes the orders. It takes an additional 3-5 business days.• Shipping time:Usually it takes between 2 and 10 business days, but sometimes it may take up to 14 business days. Please note that in high season, like the pre-Christmas period, delivery might take longer.We provide the tracking number.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at support@nootries.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
